We are based in Sydney, Australia, and ship worldwide.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship globally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

US & Australia: Estimated 5–10 business days
UK & Europe: Estimated 7–14 business days
Rest of the world: Estimated 10–20 business days

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges, so please review your order carefully before purchasing. If your item arrives damaged, contact us at rudanbraw@gmail.com and we’ll review your case individually.

How should I care for my items?
We recommend cold washing and air drying to maintain longevity. Specific care instructions are provided with each item.

Sustainability

We believe in transparency. Producing new garments isn't inherently sustainable, and we don't pretend it is. While we're committed to exploring and using more recycled, renewable, and eco-friendly materials in our products and packaging, we're not yet a sustainable brand.

However, we are dedicated to being a responsible company. We hold ourselves accountable for more sustainable practices, striving to improve with each collection. This includes:

Producing in limited quantities to minimise leftover inventory and waste.
Using biodegradable poly bags for garments.
Shipping garments in biodegradable courier mailers.

Our Customers

We encourage mindful consumption. To minimise waste and environmental impact, we do not offer returns. If a product arrives damaged, we assess each situation individually.

To extend the life of your garments and reduce your environmental impact, we recommend:

Review our sizing chart carefully before ordering.
Open-air drying to minimise emissions.
Follow the washing instructions on the tags.
Avoiding the dryer to prevent shrinkage.
